What we are

Software platform: strategy configuration, AI decision support, trader execution, and operations admin.
Supports managed custody: operators maintain official strategies, subscription plans, and service-fee accounting; switch between user self-service and managed custody.
User-owned accounts: end users connect exchange / wallet and AI model keys and create/start/stop their own AI traders.

What we are not

Not a securities firm, bank, payment institution, or licensed financial institution.
Not discretionary asset management, margin lending, fund custody, or a “house book.”
Not return guarantees, investment advisory, or “sure-win” tooling.
Not a fraud toolkit for faking assets, deposits/withdrawals, or marketing claims.

Funds & key boundaries

We do not touch or hold user trading funds on exchanges or chain.
Exchange API, wallet keys, and AI model keys are configured and kept by users.
Platform “subscription / service fees” are software and operations charges—not custody of trading principal.

Source or deployment packages are software licenses and technical delivery—not financial licenses or permission for unlawful operations.

Risk disclosure

Trading risks

Crypto assets and derivatives can move sharply; losses can reach total principal quickly.
Leverage, contracts, and liquidation can cause losses beyond expectations.
Exchange outages, rate limits, risk controls, or withdrawal restrictions can block intended execution.

AI & strategy risks

AI decisions depend on models, data, and prompts—errors, delays, or invalid orders are possible.
Backtests, sample performance, and public marketplace displays do not predict future results.
After strategy updates, traders not restarted per docs may keep running old configuration.

Operations & compliance risks

Charging, marketing, and acquisition must comply with local law and platform rules on your own.
Using the software for prohibited purposes may lead to civil, administrative, or criminal liability.
Customization and white-label do not remove the buyer’s compliance duties to end users.

Prohibited uses

Any use, customization, resale, or public operation must not serve the purposes below. Violators bear full legal and economic responsibility; the seller / operator may terminate support and pursue recovery or cooperate with authorities.

Fraud and scams: fake projects, pig-butchering, fake support, induce-to-transfer schemes, etc.
False marketing and fake data: forged returns, proof of funds, deposit/withdraw records, positions, or audit trails; claims of “guaranteed principal, sure returns, official backing.”
Illegal financial activity: Ponzi schemes, illegal fundraising, unlicensed regulated activities, etc.
Impersonation: posing as regulated institutions, exchanges, governments, or well-known brands to attract and collect funds.
Requests for unlawful assistance: scam scripts, fake-data features, regulatory evasion, log/audit deletion customization.
Unauthorized redistribution for unlawful use: reselling full source or supplying third parties for the above without written authorization.

Default license boundaries

Default: single-site / single production deployment and lawful customization; multi-site, sublicensing, or resale requires separate written agreement.
Buyer is responsible for outward-facing operations (marketing, payments, support, tax, licensing).

AI auto-trading, strategy signals, backtests, sample performance, and market data from this software are not investment advice, return promises, or guarantees.
Digital asset and derivatives trading can lose entire principal. Use only funds you can afford to lose and assess risk yourself.
Historical strategy performance, positive sample results, and public marketplace data do not represent future outcomes.
You must safeguard exchange API, wallet keys, and account security; losses from key leaks, user error, exchange failure, network, or third-party data outages are your responsibility.
Operator-maintained official strategies and risk parameters may change; running traders must be stopped and restarted per product docs to load new configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise.

What you should not expect

Guaranteed profit, breakeven, or “follow and earn.”
The platform holding your private keys or prepaying model fees.
The platform endorsing unlawful or non-compliant marketing on your behalf.

If you buy source and operate publicly: you are primarily responsible for end-user notices, agreements, and compliance; marketing must not exceed prohibited uses and sales guidelines.

Data privacy (principles summary)

Minimum necessary: process only data needed for operations and exchange / model integration.
Keys self-managed: exchange API, wallet keys, and user-supplied AI keys are user-configured; avoid unnecessary plaintext transmission and log storage.
No trading fund custody: user assets remain in their exchange / on-chain accounts.
Access control: admin and billing data are role-authenticated; no unauthorized access to others’ keys or fund details.
Customization responsibility: source buyers operating publicly must publish privacy policies compliant with local law.
Logs & audit: retain reasonable ops and security logs; no “no logs, untraceable” unlawful customization.

Refund policy

If the order page or contract is stricter, that prevails; below is the default for software delivery.

Default principles

Digital goods (source, images, licenses): once download / repo access / full delivery is provided, no no-reason refunds except agreed defects.
Before delivery: if not shipped and both parties agree, cancellation per channel rules.
Defects: if delivery cannot install as agreed or has major missing functionality (not due to buyer environment / customization), fix within warranty; if unfixable, partial or full refund by agreement.
Refusal or termination for prohibited-use violations is not seller breach for refund.

Typical non-refundable cases

Buyer cannot use Docker / servers and did not purchase managed deployment.
Buyer dissatisfied with return expectations.
Buyer customization or accidental deletion breaks runtime.
Channel fees, FX loss, and other third-party charges (unless channel-mandated).

Marketing & sales boundaries

You may state: AI automated strategy execution software with optional managed custody; internal use or lawful membership services (licenses on you).
You may state: no user fund custody, no investment advice, no return promises; customers connect their own exchange and model keys.
Do not use: “sure win, guaranteed principal, guaranteed payback, daily income, passive riches” and similar return-promise language.
Do not assist: scam scripts, fake return pages, fake deposits/withdrawals, log deletion to evade oversight; do not imply bundled financial licenses.
We decline: cooperation clearly intended for fraud, Ponzi schemes, fake data, or unlawful customization requests.
